In a world that is constantly telling you that you need to be a certain way it can be hard to know who you really are and what your true personality is. Coach Heather Fillmore helps her clients determine for themselves who they are by coming to understand and examine their personalities.
Heather is a big believer in the Enneagram test. While she coaches Enneagram 9’s specifically, she talks on the podcast today about the characteristics of each number and how understanding who you are can really free yourself from shame and put you in a place of coming to accept who you are and then choosing to change if you want.
